Payment in two instalments: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery. From year 2 you only pay the domain and hosting renewal — currently 80–100 EUR/year + VAT, depending on provider costs — quoted in advance.

How much does it cost to build a website?
The presentation website costs 1,986 RON incl. VAT, fixed price; the guesthouse/hotel website 1,986 RON and the dental clinic website 2,486 RON. Business websites with blog and web applications are priced on request, after a short call about what you need.
How long does it take?
The presentation website is ready in max. 10 business days after we receive your materials, the guesthouse website in 5 business days. A business website takes 10–15 business days and a custom project 15–30 business days.
What is the difference between a presentation website and a web application?
A presentation website describes your business and brings enquiries: services, prices, team, contact form. A web application does something for the user: accounts, bookings, calculations, integrations with other systems. That is why applications are built to order and priced after analysis.
What technology do you use?
Custom code in Laravel and modern PHP, MySQL databases and JavaScript where it adds something useful. The stack is chosen for each project.
Can I edit the content myself?
The presentation website includes 1 hour of edits in the first year — message us on WhatsApp and we make them. The business website comes with an admin panel where you edit texts, images and blog posts yourself.

Yes. Every website gets technical SEO basics: a title and description for each page, clean URLs, structured data, a sitemap, good mobile speed and Google Search Console setup. For steady traffic from Google we recommend the business website with blog and advanced SEO.
Do you offer support and maintenance after launch?
Yes: 30 days of free support after launch, then an optional monthly maintenance plan — backup, security updates, monitoring and hours of edits — priced on request.
Who owns the website and the code?
You do. The domain is registered to your company and, on request, we hand over all files and the database — including if you want to move to another hosting provider. No long-term contracts, no exit penalties.
